BCA is an investment vehicle created to acquire properties in western Canada, mainly in British Columbia's lower mainland and in Calgary. BCA Property Fund Inc is a company incorporated in Canada and qualifies as a Canadian purchaser of properties and is not subject to the Foreign Property Transfer Tax.
